A mandatory workshop for all the teachers was conducted in Udaya Auditorium by Mr. Girjesh Srivastava, a renowned child and adolescent psychologist, on the topic – Teachers as Counsellor.
The workshop ended up concluding that each letter of the word signifies the characteristics of a good counsellor as:

The best teachers are often a combination of the two. As students spend half their growing years in school and college, teachers have a significant role to play in shaping the personality of the students.
